All of the items we sell will come with a 1 Month warranty (From the date when you receive the item)

This means if your item breaks within 1 month you can just contact us and we will replace the broken one for a new one. (This is for defective products, if you broke the card yourself it does not apply)

If your item happens to break after the 1 month, you can still contact us, and we will still try our best to sove the problem for you.

Replace/Refund Policy

1. If you happen to receive a broken, faulty, non-working or wrong item please contact us as soon as you receive the package, our customer service will help to solve the problem. If we can confirm that it is a faulty item and that it cannot be fixed by yourself, we will have you send it back. We will then check it out and replace it with a new one, we also will pay the return shipping fee.

2. If your item is broken under warranty (1 month) we will ask you to send it back, and we will replace the new one for you, but you will have to pay your shipping fee, we will pay ours.

3. If you item is not working after warranty. You can also send it back to be replaced for a new one, but you need to pay your shipping fee and also ours.

3. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us before we send out it. If we have already sent out the item and you still want to cancel it, please return the package when you receive it, and we will send you the refund as soon as we receive the package.

4. If you decide you don't want the item after you have already received it, please contact us and send the item back. We will send you the refund, but not the full amount, should minus the shipping cost, we hope you understand.
